What is care, support & supervision?
Support workers will work with residents to create an individual support plan that enables the resident to work towards developing and maintaining key living skills and coping mechanisms which will equip them with the necessary skills to move on to manage their own tenancy independently.
This also includes providing access to courses providing key skills to access work or further education, as well as providing emotional and practical support throughout your tenancy.
